The whole experience was wonderful, we arrived late due to major traffic issues but this was not an issue, the welcome was extremely warm, George and Tessa were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble The room was very clean and tidy The breakfast in Tessa's Tea Room downstairs was fantastic too My Sisters and I had a fabulous stay and we look forward to returning soon

Beautiful location, very peaceful, perfect for a hiking weekend. The house was cosy and spotless and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We were provided a delicious home cooked breakfast. Eric, the resident friendly cat was a great added bonus.

Sheila and Bruce are incredible hosts, very welcoming. We stayed there for 2 nights and we had such a nice and pleasant stay. The house is really well decorated with a such a well thought taste. We also had such a great and tasty breakfast and dinner all cooked by the amazing Sheila. Also really worthy to have a glass of wine at the bar, such a lovely atmosphere. It feels like being at home. Can’t recommend highly enough.
