What a gem! Me and my husband stayed for a few nights as we were in town for wedding and it was perfect. Everywhere was really clean, bed was comfy, the sauna was amazing. The room had a private bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. My husband was in James Cook University Hospital so I stayed here to be close to the hospital. I felt safe the host was fantastic and even extended check out to 2pm as I couldn't visit the hospital before that time I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

This was tremendous value. Such a reasonable price. Feels safe, secure and clean. The woman behind the bar was really helpful and a good laugh. The bar is friendly to have a drink in. I'd be happy to go again. If you are looking for a good friendly bar The Golden Smog is worth checking out too. IF you are looking for good food the shawarma cafe up the street is tremendous.
