Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

The property was located is a beautiful location which was walking distance from the beach. Our room was really spacious and loved how the hosts had taken care of so many small details (like even providing a sewing kit, that was really impressive). The hosts were one of the most warm and wonderful people. We loved to have conversations with them each morning while gorging on the delicious breakfast that Lynn prepared for us. Lynn was so kind to even customise an omelette the way we liked. Her pancakes and scones were to die for. We had such a pleasant stay and now we know where we are staying for our future visits to Edinburgh. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I stayed in a single room and it was spotless clean and very comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood (I even saw an owl), about 10-15 minute bus ride from the old town, two bus stops are just steps away. Abe is a wonderful host. I arrived late in the evening and then had to leave very early on two occasions and Abe was very kind and accommodating, he made sure to bring me breakfast the night before. I won’t hesitate to book here again.

No complaints about the facilities if you needed to cook for yourself or any washing as full use of modern kitchen. Bedroom was spotless also shower room it was on small side but everything you needed. Communal sitting room if you wanted . This accommodation is suited more for younger guests but we were comfortable enough and room was warm if you wanted.
