The lodge was so well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The outside space was excellent too, again well equipped. The fans came in very handy as it was extremely hot whilst we were there. Very relaxing place to stay. Only sounds were the ducks, moorhens and coots and the odd thwack of a golf ball. Wonderful stay, lovely views and very private, we wanted for nothing.

The beds and sofas were very comfortable and there is lots of room in the kitchen for storage and cooking. The lodge is in a great position, right at the edge of the site and is very quiet and private. Quiet location, lots of secure parking space, a warm welcome back from friendly and attentive staff. Cosy and well equipped rooms, very good food, and the big thing for those travelling for work, early breakfast (from 7 o clock). Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for, and you can soon spend a tenner driving miles to a cheaper place, then being disappointed. Highly recommended, a lovely hotel that does everything the way it should be done - wonderful.
