The staff were incredible with helping coordinate airport pickup, and went above and beyond. I had issues with my suitcase (after departing from our stay here, and Hugo was amazing and so hospitable, helping us find a locksmith). We definitely recommend staying here!

Daniel was very friendly and informative. He gave us a lot of information about Antigua and other places in Guatemala. His staff, Veronica, was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the scenes and tranquility of the place, nice view of three volcanoes from the rooftop. Besides, the breakfast was superb, aromatic coffee, fresh croissants and fruit. There’s bathtub in the room and could have a hot bath after a long day. Will definitely come back!
