Csiga house is a jewel of a house. The owner was on site to greet me and could not have been nicer and accommodating. Csiga house is centrally located while it feels secluded due to its proximity to a lovely park. It is a lovely place to stay while visiting the city of Gyula.

The Botaniq Room is in the center of Gyula, has a great location. Everything is at walking distance (castell area, Gyulai Várfürdő, ect.). The design is modern. There was space for everything. The rooms are cozy with new, modern furniture, our double bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was served at the nearby hotel, and it was good, with plenty selection of food. Staff is very nice and eager to help with anything needed.

Overall this was a good stay. We had to book last minute so only had the choice of a large 6 person room for 2 of us. The accommodation was clean, of a decent size and spacious. The room was not cheap so this immediately raised our expectations and we were not disappointed. You will find better places in Gyula and you will certainly find worse places in Gyula but overall I would recommend a stay at the Central Panzio. Mattress was very comfortable. Hard - just how we like it! Location is great. Right next to Skorpio Pizza and right in the centre of Gyula. Breakfast - This is over the road at the Komlo hotel. It was a bit hit and miss. Some days breakfast was a bit meh, other days it was very good. Good coffee machine - with freshly ground coffee beans.
