The family is so warm and friendly! It's run by incredible women, and you can talk to them about everything. I loved learning from them about Goa and the history of india. They have big hearts, and they feed the stray cows (sometimes you can hear the cows calling for food, it's very sweet). It's the cleanest place I've stayed in, the food is AMAZING, and it really felt like home. I kept booking more and more days, and didn't want to leave. If I'm coming back to Vagator I'll definitely stay there. Its close to everything and still very quiet. Prices for food and lodging are very competitive (I checked around).

There's nothing not to like at Bethany Inn. The owner is a lovely person and very accommodating. We were welcomed by Regina who is extremely friendly and helpful. It's the best place I've stayed at, not only in Goa, but anywhere by far. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Hilltop, hotels, supermarkets, everything is a walkable distance.
