This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to Modena and Bologna yet in the countryside so it is quiet. Guido is the perfect host. He makes an excellent cappuccino. The breakfast options were plentiful. Guido gave us an informative tour of his family’s traditional balsamic vinegar ACETAIA. I recommend this B and B to anyone looking for a place to stay outside of the cities yet still close enough for day trips to Ravenna, Modena, Bologna and Parma.

Enrico and Karen are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We had good chats over diner. This is definitely not a traditional b&b you will find on booking com. I very much enjoyed it but it absolutely depends on your personal interests and expectations. A biker and alternative traveller friendly place.

The old house is beautiful decorated, is bright, very clean and have all the utilities that we need and, above all, it's situated in the middle of a green field, surrounded by trees, so it's quiet, relaxing and a joy to stay at. We recommend with warmth.

The room was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb!! Everything was homemade, typical and delicious! Silvio is an amazing host and always made sure that everything went perfect. It was a perfect stay and we wished we stayed longer! The location is great, because you are in the countryside and the views are amazing. The B&B also offers a private parking. We definitely recommend this stay to anyone!
