Spanking new house on two levels. The owners live on the ground floor. The upper floor has a self contained bedroom with en suite bathroom, and then a series of other rooms that we did not see. Everything super modern, well designed and hyper clean. Many of the latest Italian home decorating touches. Paula was very friendly and helpful. We chose the property for its proximity to Bologna's airport, only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend. Also great for dogs since there are nearby fields.

Simona made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The house is in the countryside in a very quiet and beautiful place, but not that far from the nearest village, which means that it's very easy to get a place to eat. On the other hand, it was also very near from Sant'Agata Bolognese and Modena (Lamborghini and Ferrari Museums) which we intended to visit in the next day. The room was big as well as the bathroom, and everything was well cleaned. In regards to the breakfast it was also good with multiple things to choose from. We really enjoyed our staying.

It is their private home but there is so much space that they beautifully furnished several rooms upstairs that they are now offering for rent. Martina, the lady of the house, is one of the most caring people you can imagine. The breakfast buffet she prepared was amazing and she even gave us loads of cookies and sweets as an anniversay gift to take with us for the rest of our journey. It's a pity that we couldn't stay more than one night.

But very good restaurants and supermarket available within 5-10 mins driving. Very old villa sympathetically restored with modern amenities with a big central courtyard. Not for everyone's taste but we enjoyed the wilderness. More like a big family setting than a proper hotel. Rooms are very well furnished. Great hostess who can guide with all your questions.

You can sleep very well, because the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the area is quiet, there is mosquito net on the windows, and the air conditioner cools very well and is not noisy. Breakfast and dinner are 5 star quality, lots of variety and very tasty. Antonella is an excellent host, attentive, flexible and dedicated full to make her guests feel at home.
