Very quiet property with super clean and comfortable rooms. There is a great common area on the balcony with sofas and lounge chairs. The owner Melroy is amazing and extremely accommodating, he even drove me to the super market several times. The morning breakfast was divine with traditional Sri Lankan dishes that were out of this world. Excellent WiFi

Owner was really kind and helpful. She was very sweet in talking and guiding about the places to visit nearby. The stay was comfortable. She prepared tea and gave it to us in the morning and evening which was really kind from her side.

Everything here is great, and makes you feel comfortable and happy, at a very reasonable cost. Room is fully furnished, with all amenities - TV, AC, towels, blankets, table, chair, extra plug points, flat TV, water bottles, free Wifi. The bathroom is equally good with 24 hours hot water, soap, shampoo, hand wash, etc. Entire property is very well maintained, neat and clean, kudos to the hardwork of the manager and the old care taker couple. They are very friendly and welcoming. They take care of you as their home guest. The best part is the breakfast, which aunty cooks, extremely delicious. And they offer good breakfast options you can choose from. It is served with tea/coffee/juice, as per our choice. It is located in a silent residential area. The location is very close to Cargills supermarket, some good food points, including McDonalds, a Budhist spiritual centre, all in walkable distance. It is 10-15 minutes from the central business area and the National Hospital area, well connected by bus, as well. I have stayed at over 10 different properties in Sri Lanka over the last 2 years, but this I would rate to be the best from all angles. This would be my first preference in future.

Wow this place is amazing a truly beautiful home, attentive friendly staff wonderful food amazing pool the room was beyond all expectations (we did get upgraded to a suite thank you) if you are going to stay in Colombo this is a must do 30 mins from the airport and plenty to do within walking distance but to be fair we got there and just chilled as it was so beatiful

I loved the spacious rooms, stylish minimalist interior and the fact that there was a comfortable and firm bed. The shower pressure was just right. The location was also fantastic.
