This is a chill stay. It's right next to the beach, overlooking it actually. But it's more the fisherman's beach than the one with cafes and swimming areas. You can swim, but watch out for the fisherman's nets. What's nice is they have bikes for you to borrow for free. That way you can zip back and forth between the restaurant area and your zen oasis. Once you figure that out, this is a great location because it's sooo relaxed. You'll want to hang out on the balcony all afternoon with the cats and Coco the pup. Rooms are basic - note the no AC ( it was fine at night with a fan). I did have a couple of visitors (bugs) that got escorted out. Just know it's a simpler beach vibe and you'll enjoy it.

This place is very special, my favorite in Trincomalee. We planned to stay there for two days but ended up staying way longer, because it felt more like home and the host is the friendliest, kindest person who helps you with everything, gives the best recommendations on local restaurants, beaches, movies etc. and takes care of lots of animals. It was a pleasure to meet him. The location is very good, rooms are clean with ac, nice beds and tidy bathroom, wifi is working perfectly. They have access to clean filtered water, so you don't need to buy plastic bottles every time. Also there is a kitchen that you can use for cooking. Absolutely loved this place and could stay there for a long time, would recommend to anyone visiting Trinco!
