This was our second stay, in the Green room this time. There was no A/C unit for the heat but the host was kind enough to bring in his own space heater to prepare the room for us, and let us keep it for the night. Also I took an extra hour after already late checkout and they were gracious enough not to charge for any of that time, clearly I was too comfortable :)

The price we paid did not include breakfast. The location is as per GPS. The room is spacious, staff is friendly. We did not leave our key the day after check in when we left to attend a wedding, because we figure the room would be cleaned once we check out; upon our return the night shift receptionist felt so bad that the room was not cleaned, he asked to have us moved to a different unit. Now if that is not caring for your visitors, I do not know what is. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood as well. Thank you thank you for a great and comfortable stay.
