Wonderful location on a quiet beach looking out at Le Morne Brabant. It was so nice to stay outside of the general luxury tourist area. The village is charming and one of the highlights of my trip. The owner, Soorekha, is warm and helpful. I truly felt at home and looked after while I was there. The room was lovely and the terrace gave incredible views of the water. It was a wonderful stay.

The lady gave us a canoe and we paddled to the island of Ile aux Benitieres. We were alone on the island, otherwise it is full of tourist boats. Larger store approx. 1 km away, near the restaurant. Strongly recomended.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with all the modern amenities you might need for a perfect stay.So, the room had a refrigerator, a kettle and a fan. At first it seemed very hot, but after a while we even froze, although it was 30 degrees outside.
