The dining room support staff and room cleaning staff are also top notch professional and kind. While staying here you'll have the opportunity to experience fresh caught local fish personally cooked by Oliver and if your lucky his signature tapioca bisque, truly fantastic. Mauritius is lovely and for me Villa Alizzee was the perfect introduction to it. Don't be disuaded by the location being out of the main town center, it's a perfect location and transportation is easily accessible, if required, the owner will even rent you out one of his vehicles.
