We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and fun stay in Playa Del Carmen. A special thanks for their rides to and from Cancun. That really starts and ends the trip in the best way. Looking forward to returning to the Gem.

The accommodation was very beautiful (accurately given), very clean, everything maintained. The owners were very welcoming and the employee Luis was nice and accommodated everything we needed. The accommodation was family and every morning we received an excellent and hearty breakfast. We liked that the accommodation was in a quieter location. We also appreciate the distance to the beach (12 minutes by car) where you can park for free and the beach is not crowded!!!

The best part about this hotel is the manager Estefania. She went above and beyond to address our various cutural questions and made our stay very interesting. Communication was excellent. Room was practical and comfortable. The building felt very safe. Location is very central. It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room and several plates and cups. The outdoor terrace had a couple of tables and charis. We also apreciated that guests followed quiet hours rules, and every person we met was very respectful.

It's a really nice and quite place in Playa. We stayed few days after we went to Cosumel. We could live our big bags there after we stayed an other night, before we continue our trip. Staff was really nice and helpful. Close to the beach and the city center. I really recommend the place.

We just needed somewhere to stay for a night. It had everything we needed. Lovely and cosy place. Wonderful staff, very helpful. There is no private space for parking, but in front of property you can park easily for free. We are traveling around, so for the price it was more than enough.

The location was ver ycentral to the beach as well as to the downtown Playa del carmen area. The room had a a great king sized mattress and and another twin sized bed. The room had a kitchen, microwave, small portable stove, as well as kitchen utensils, plates, glass glasses, pearing knifes and towels. The only thing I would have lived to have had was a bigger soap bar, more soap, and some shampoo.
