Secluded, quiet with amazing hosts and incredible access to the pristine Wakamarina river. The facilities are incredible; king size bed, generous sized bathroom with the most powerful shower, seperate dining room and a very well equipped kitchenette, books board games and wireless. Sarah and David (and their dogs cats horses and chickens) made us feel right at home and are happy to chat or give you your own space. The spa pool was perfect after a day fossicking on the river! Thank you so much for the free range eggs and welcome. See you soon.

The quaintness and cleverly thought out design for a tiny home experience. However there is no kitchen as such hut well stocked crockery, cutlery and glassware. Not to mention the complimentary selection of tea, coffees and treats. Thank you Jo for a delightful two days.

Built in the 1800s, this 2-storey lodge features free WiFi and a sundeck offering BBQ facilities and beautiful views of the Marlborough Sounds.

All rooms are heated and have bed linen provided. Some rooms feature a private en suite bathroom.

it was wonderful! We didn’t expect the room to be so big, but it was huge — gecko room with three beds. lovely big tub to use after a long cold day, lots of great amenities (hot cocoa, shampoo, etc.). Would definitely stay again — especially if we had a bigger family + others joining us.
