barb is so welcoming and friendly. she offered a lot of advice with regards to Tongariro and nearby restaurants. the breakfast was great. apartment was big, comfortable and clean.

They offered a lot of advise and drove us to the crossing. Absolutely recommendable! Would definitely go there again!

We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, a good selection of games and books. The location was a 30 second stroll to the lake. I especially enjoyed the quiet and laid-back surroundings and it was easy to slip into holiday mode. Using the kayaks on the lake and into the river was lots of fun. Barb and Mike were very accomodating. Unfortunately weather was not great .. but it didn’t detract from our stay !
