This was a little gem - we booked it as it was close to Hobbiton without really paying too much attention to the facilities etc. upon arrival we were greeted by Glenn a great host who got us settled in and recommended things to do. Breakfast was superb home cooked and in the fridge just needed a quick blast in the microwave - delicious pancakes and fruit. Yogurt etc and the following fritters with bacon

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Had everything you could need and we really only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Thank you Alex and Marina for the use of your lovely property.
