from the get go, the lady that received us was wonderful. her service was superb, the facilities including the hot tub were lovely. The English breakfast (i am a pom and judge well i think) was absolutely superb with perfect poached eggs and just the right amount of toast, bacon, etc. Little extras like shortbread really made our stay special and we shall return to this place every single time we visit Te Anau.
