Township not too fare away. It was central to go to Cambridge and waitomo caves. Buses not too far away either and if you didnt have a car they went to Hamilton.

It was a lovely surprise to find a loaf of homemade bread and free eggs in the fridge. The heat pumps were great just to take the chill off later in the evening.

Lovely comfortable lounge and great outdoor seating. Beautifully decorated. Love the Black horse theme. Clean linen with mattress protectors. Internet access. Great quiet, private location. Excellent parking with sensor lights. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, especially if travelling with a fur baby.
