She was most helpful telling us how to get around.On our last night there we actually went out with her.We got to New Zealand not knowing anyone and left leaving a friend. A special thanks for Sue,a friend of Valerie's, for being a great tour guide.The time we spent there was wonderful and we will miss the friends we made due to Valerie taking the time to ask what we were interested in doing.

This lovely BnB was just what we needed after too many hostel dorms: quiet, spotlessly clean, cozy and close to Karangahake Gorge. Breakfast was yummy and we got plenty of recommendations for the next few days. Would highly recommend!
