Located just 6.1 km from Picnic Grove, Girasol provides accommodation in Tagaytay with access to a garden, a bar, as well as full-day security.

We checked into the Lavender Room and it was much larger than we expected. While there are limited complimentary options for breakfast, the ones we tried (longganisa and milkfish confit) were excellent, and you can order more from their menu if you so desire. Check-in and checkout were also very smooth, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Boasting views of the scenic Taal Volcano and Lake, the Italian-inspired Villa Marinelli Hometelle features an outdoor swimming pool. Cosy and air-conditioned rooms come with free WiFi.

Breakfast was really good — taste and size! Our room was huge; the beds were well provided; the toilet was big enough with provisions (soap and toothbrushes) for the four of us! Best part was the support and assistance from the ever ready, very pleasant staff!
