I had a wonderful stay at Marin’s home. It is a very peaceful property, set back from the road with lots of plants and greenery which gives it a really tranquil atmosphere. The first 3 nights I stayed upstairs in the main house, which was full of character and had some open-air living spaces which I loved. I then extended my stay as I loved it so much!, and stayed an extra 3 nights in one of the more modern rooms. This was also a lovely room, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Both rooms were really well equipped and had excellent AC and wifi. Bottled water always available, and restaurants very nearby. Also a launderette next door, and a washing line at Marin’s which I made use of! Marin was very kind and hospitable, and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. I would definitely return!

Self contained studio up in the northerly part of Phuket, within a residential area called Mission Heights, away from tourist areas but easily accessible by car to any activities you partake in. Our hosts Dietmar & Noony communicated promptly to all of my enquires & offered suggestions on places to eat nearby. My husband did a month long triathlon training program at nearby Thanyapura & found it easy to cycle to & from the facilities. I was there for 12 days & hired a car. It was only a 15 minute drive over to NaiYang beach on the north west coast, 45 minutes to old Phuket town, 15 minutes to Ao Por Pier where I did a big boat outing with Amazing canoeing & 30 minutes to the Green elephant Sanctuary (which is a must do activity). If you’re looking for a shopping experience Phuket central is only a 35 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic. Laguna & Boat Avenue are about 25 minutes away. The Green Pizza restaurant was a great place to stop for a bite to eat after our mornings at thanyapura. Staying at Thalang Pool Villa was a pleasant experience. I nearly forgot to mention Honey, the family dog who came to visit most days which was a bonus for me being a dog lover 🐾😊

We stayed at this resort during a week long stay for the Asian Pickleball Champs at Thanyapura. The location was only 10 mins away. The set up of the room was spacious. It also had a great communal kitchen.

We enjoyed everything starting from the warm welcome of the receptionists, who were very friendly all along and extremely attentive to customers' need. The location is in a quiet area, far from the traffic and perfect to rest after a day out. I would suggest to get a car tho, because Phuket is quite big and it takes a while to get to the Old town or several of the attractions. Also sparkling clean and with new furnitures. Absolutely recommended.

Such a cosy and beautiful place at a great price. Totally worth! I stayed at the Turtle room in this facility and it was super nice. They had a Sofa bed along with a whole huge Queen size bed in the room. There's a common hall space and a kitchen/ pantry space with all required equipment - Kettle, Toaster, cutlery and fridge. The staff was polite and welcoming, they helped me with the late check-in and helped me by giving the maximum flexibility for timings. Would love to visit again and spend some more time.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The owner, Mod is super friendly and goes out of her way to help us feel comfortable any way she can including giving us rides to the beach and helped call a taxi for our day trip around Phuket. Toast with butter and jam and coffee was provided in the room. I would rate it 10 out of 10 for overall score. I will definitely stay again if we happen to be in Phuket again. Thank you Mod for your warm hospitality.
