The owners of villa Inci - Sevgi and Hüseyin are really nice and kind people! They will make sure that your stay there is very pleasant and comfortable. The bedroom and whole house itself are very clean, I really liked that! Villa Inci is around 10 minutes from main beach in Ilica. Just across the road you have Starbucks for example, also many supermarkets nearby. There is also lots of parking space for your car in front of villa. Lovely, lovely place, full of charm. Caringly designed and built by the owner. Fully run by the family, all of whom are very kind, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and everything is very clean and cared for. The pool was the best we had in Turkey - quite large and clean, shaded in the afternoon, surrounded by nice furniture and Instagram-worthy garden landscaping. At first we were a bit worried about the location being remote, but we then came to appreciate the quietness and the parking spot you don’t easily come by in Cesme or Alacati town. A straight shot drive to Altinkum beach was also a plus. We plan to be back!

Loved the large drinking water dispenser and the shower had great water pressure. Prompt responses to messages. Absolutely stunning 180 degree views over the harbour / marina and towards the islands. Super comfy beds and walking distance to restaurants etc.

Hotel is ideally located close to Cesme Marina and on a 10 min drive from Alacati and Ilca beach. The room was quite cozy and equipped with a comfortable bed, while the balcony had a wonderful view of Cesme town including Cesme Marina. Cleanliness was evident. The buffet breakfast was healthy, generous and fresh, definitely a must try. Beyond the wonderful setting and pretty garden and swimming pool, we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and care from the owner and his family who are working at the property. This translated into great service as we were helped getting our luggage to the room and were provided with helpful information on nearby attractions and restaurants
