A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Hualien City, 今古安民宿 - 步行東大門夜市3分鐘 is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is approximately 10 minutes from the Hualien train station ($150NTD via taxi) but it is only a 2 minute walk to the night markets which had a great variety of food and entertainment. There is also a supermarket and veggie stalls 2 minute walk from the accommodation. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the AC worked well
