Located in Boulder Town, Annie's Place Bed & Breakfast features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. The bed and breakfast provides garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Unique property located on an isolated ranch. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Spooky dark and quiet at night - in a good way.

The suite was great. One bedroom with a comfy bed and the other one with a futon, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and mini oven. Very convenient for the breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful. Also, there is a nice restaurant located inside the lodge we just did take out and it was very good.

Dispite it is quite far from the road, if you seek quietness this is the place to be. The front desk was polite.

After 10 days on the road with a family of 4 visiting Zion, Bryce, and Capitol Reef - we were elated to arrive at BMGR. Super relaxed and with a genuine spirit after some of the cookie cutter motels we’d been to. We stayed in cabin 2 and just loved it. Furnishings were charming and the space gave us ample room to breathe. The takeout lunch was stupendous and provided a real treat on our hike to upper calf creek falls

The bed and breakfast is new and luxurious. We had lovely 270 views from our beautiful room and enjoyed reading at night by our cozy fireplace. Jared spoiled us rotten. He gave great neighborhood hiking advice, made delicious breakfasts and dinners for us (the neighboring restaurant was closed for the season) and was great company. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was exceptional! We loved our room--the deep tub, the two shower heads in the shower. The water never went cold. I loved their biscuits and gravy. When we got home the first thing we talked about when we woke up was how much we missed the bed at the bed and breakfast. We slept so well there. The workers were helpful and amiable. Definitely, going back!
