Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Super relaxed and with a genuine spirit after some of the cookie cutter motels we’d been to. We stayed in cabin 2 and just loved it. Furnishings were charming and the space gave us ample room to breathe. The takeout lunch was stupendous and provided a real treat on our hike to upper calf creek falls

We had lovely 270 views from our beautiful room and enjoyed reading at night by our cozy fireplace. Jared spoiled us rotten. He gave great neighborhood hiking advice, made delicious breakfasts and dinners for us (the neighboring restaurant was closed for the season) and was great company. We really enjoyed our stay.

The water never went cold. I loved their biscuits and gravy. When we got home the first thing we talked about when we woke up was how much we missed the bed at the bed and breakfast.
