The cooked to order breakfast was delicious. The homemade jars of jam will make nice Christmas gifts, if I can resist devouring them beforehand! The owners have put their heart into making the experience very special for their guests. Many people return again and again as I know we will too. By far the best B&B in my many years of traveling.

The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located in the central business district, just a few blocks from the historic Cooke County Courthouse.
This hotel is also close North Central Texas College and the Gainesville Civic Center. The WinStar Casino is one mile north of the Texas-Oklahoma border and just minutes from the hotel. The Frank Buck Zoo and the popular Gainesville Factory Shops outlet mall are also nearby. Nearby Lake Texoma offers an abundance of outdoor activities and water sports, including, boating, water skiing, jet skiing and more. A wide variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges can be found in the surrounding area.

Maybe the second floor where we were originally booked was quieter??? We had to be moved because there was no elevator and my daughter had surgery recently and couldn’t maneuver stairs so front desk was able to move us to the first floor. 🙂
