Everything was wonderful - the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, the location is absolutely ideal and is an easy walk (less than 5 min) to all the shops/bars/restaurants in town, Derek was a great host and provided a lovely breakfast and juice and coffee and tea, the hot tub was great, overall it was just a really perfect place to stay, definitely better than any of the hotel options in town!

Mike was very friendly with a calm demeanour!!! we liked the ground floor room, that we could park our motorcycle in front. And the beautiful view of clouds stuck to the hills in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay very, very much! Nice location, very quiet with great views towards Mount Sopris from the garden, where we were able to use the swing and the rocker chairs. The room was also very clean, nice and comfortable. And the host Monique was most attentive.
