We loved that we did not have to go stand at a check in desk to gain entry into our room. Everything is completed before you arrive and you can let yourself in with the access codes that you are provided. This is a high end experience at a very affordable price. I also asked for a quiet room since I needed to go to bed early and they offered me that as well.
