At the end it was completely fine though. While there may be no radiators and the room is quite cold by default, you can still turn the air conditioner up to 30°C and enjoy! The host speaks very good English and Russian, and he replied very fast when I messaged him on the Booking website. Also, even though it comes with "no breakfast included", there is a very decent eating place right next to the hostel, which opens everyday of the week at 6 am. Not the best of food quality, but the prices are super cheap for Europeans.

Incredibly nice host, gives many suggestions and tips. Delicious home made banitsa for breakfast. Beautiful garden and overall great value for money

Todorovi Guest House is set 2 km from the centre of Stara Zagora and 150 metres from a bus stop, offering a garden, air-conditioned en-suite rooms and free WiFi. I recomend it , very nice people, good prices for drinks and coffes. I made a stop there on the way to Greece and was the best decision.

The Lavender Lodge is a private self contained apartment set in the picturesque village of Rupkite. The guests have free Wifi and the use of the Summer kitchen, veranda and garden areas. immerse in the nature and the cure of the garden is fantastic. the owner is fantastic and very hospitable
