The location is very walkable to all the good spots in town (we even walked to Cahal Pech), our room was very comfortable with an outdoor patio, and Ani and Seleni were so delightful, helpful, and fun to chat with. You can even grab coffee, fruit, and toast there in the morning. We definitely recommend this guesthouse!

I stayed at Santa Cruz Cabins with two of my friends and we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was super comfy and clean but the highlight was definitely the hosts, Tony and Juliet. They were so welcoming and provided us with tons of really useful information on the area. The cabins are about a 30 minute walk from San Ignacio but as 3 young women we felt safe walking to and from the town along the main road both during the day and in the evenings. The highlight was the home-cooked, local breakfasts made by Tony and Juliet every morning. They brought them right up to our cabin to enjoy on the screened in porch and explained all the local ingredients and dishes that they prepared. If you are planning any trips/tours around San Ignacio definitely reach out to Tony and Juliet and they can connect you with really reliable transport, guides, etc.

Don Santiago Guesthouse Downtown is located 5 minutes’ walk from Macal River. Free WiFi access is available in the rooms. Each room here will provide you with cable TV, air conditioning and a fan. Room was comfortable aircon and fan provided good cooking facilities free water soundproof rooms warm showers Hugo is awesome, we asked for advice on how to get to the border to Guatamala and he was luckily heading that way and offered us a lift, was cool talking to him along the way, really nice guy

Rainforest Haven Inn is located in the heart of San Ignacio, Belize. It offers the guests free WiFi access, terraces and has a shared kitchen fully equipped. The location was excellent - just a short walk to many great restaurants in town. Our host was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were OK. She made some great recommendations too! The room was quiet & safe. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the shared kitchen area for our morning coffee & quick snacks. The rooftop area was great to visit after a long day of exploring and had a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was very comfortable and quite well equipped. The bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside the room was a terrace balcony, so I could have a last cold drink in the evening breeze before I went to bed.
