Kiki's B&B is located in Basel, 800 metres from the Messe Basel exhibition centre. Free WiFi access is available, and the garden features a terrace and barbecue facilities. The hosts were super friendly. The place, while small, is cute and private. The absolute highlight is the breakfast, which was phenomenal to the point where you feel sad you can't eat everything.

Casa Esperanza is located a 5-minute tram ride from the centre of Basel and offers free WiFi and a shared terrace with seating area. The rooms all come with a flat-screen TV. Stuff was really kind And thoughtful. :)

Only a 5-minute walk from the St. Jakob Park sports stadium, the B&B Auf dem Wolf is located south-east of the centre of Basel. Great host. Explained what all there is to see in the city. She marked on the map and recommended the biggest sights. Breakfast excellent. Accommodation is wonderful.

Enjoying a quiet location in the village of Bettingen, B&B Sigrid Braun-Budde is just 5 km outside of Basel. Guests receive the Mobility Card for free bus and tram rides during the entire stay. The host was amazing, super kind, friendly and engaging to speak with. breakfast was superb. she provide a pass for the transit system and had lots of advice on where to go and what to see.

Set in the Basel City Center of Basel, Pension Breite features accommodation with free WiFi. The kindness of the host, the complementary coffee, water, chocolate etc. in the room, the size of the room, all the details that make you feel welcome. The tram stop (no3) right in front of the accommodation, 10 min. to city center. We also went to the Beyeler Fondation and it took about 30 min by public transport (bus + tram).

Chez Jean et Daisy is a bed and breakfast located in Riehen; it offers a room with access to the furnished terrace and the lush garden, and free WiFi in all areas. If I only had one word to describe Chez Jean and Daisy, it would be: Magical. This bed and breakfast in a sleepy hamlet outside of Basel near the German border is nothing short of a treasure. Everything in the house is steeped in history, charm, and beauty. Immediately upon walking in the gate to the property, you are greeted with an elegant garden. At the door, the wise and wonderful Jean embraces you with a larger-than-life personality. Daisy, with her warmth and loveliness, becomes no stranger too. The breakfast is served downstairs in the shadow of a ticking clock that has more character than a Victor Hugo novel. The bread is homemade and deliciously unique.

Niros Bed & Breakfast is located in Birsfelden, just 1 km from the centre of Basel and 100 metres from the banks of the Rhine River, offering apartments and rooms with free WiFi and free parking. I loved walking through the garden and playing with the rabbits. The owners were very friendly and it was close to the grocery store, food and bus pickup. The owners also provided us with bus passes for the entire time we were there. An extra bonus we did not expect.

Located in Birsfelden, Hotel Blume is just 2.5 km from the centre of Basel and Basel Main Train Station. The restaurant serves traditional Swiss cuisine and a wide range of international dishes. Perfect location, studio has a kitchen with all basic things necessary and a big bathroom. The restaurant has good meals and the staff are super kind.

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 401, WC in the hallway, outside the room is situated in Basel, 1.4 km from Zoological Garden, 2.4 km from Jewish Museum of Basel, and 1.8 km from Kunstmuseum Basel. Great location, central, quite, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money!
