Situated in the scenic village of Stechelberg in the Bernese Oberland, The Alpenhof is a simple mountain house with basic facilities and offers budget accommodation, free private parking and a 'pause' from the 21st century. we loved everything. the staff, the location, the view and the simplicity of the accommodation. everything was clearly marked. the kitchen has everything you might need to prepare your food. just make sure you have 1 swiss franc coin for the showers. we absolutely loved every minute of our stay and already planning our next visit.

On request, a free shuttle service to and from Aeshi centre is also available. The kindness of the hosts, their willing to help, the attention of Theodor and his responsiveness to our needs even before we expressed them, the excellent breakfasts, the view from the windows, the comfortable and spotless room. The dinner we had there was so good, we were sorry for dining in Interlake the night before 😄

Free private parking is available. The Gsteigwiler Dorf Bus Stop is 300 metres away, and it is 1 km to Wilderswil Train Station. Loved it!! Location, the apartment, the bed, everything was perfect. The owner is really kind and welcoming. Would recommend this B&B to everyone. The room was spacious, everything was nice and clean, the patio in front of the house, parking, there was a kitchen with a private fridge, and the bathroom looked as new. Guest cards were provided for public transport in the Interlaken area and discounts to activities, there's also a bus to Gsteigwiler. We used B3 Boutique B&B as a base for different activities in the area: hiking, visiting Thun, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Oeschinnensee etc. Everything is within reach either by car or public transport.
