We adored our 3 night stay at this charming, new, and modern B+B located an easy 15 minute drive from Lugano. It's set up in the hills, in a very charming town with several excellent restaurants and all the conveniences within walking distance. Parking is very easy. The owners and staff are extremely nice, and the breakfasts are wonderful.

We were spoiled to excess by the two wonderful owners of this gorgeous B&B! From fantastic and kind service to being spoiled by the best breakfast, this B&B is a true gem! Close to the boat, train and bus transportation, also also tranquil by being away from the big city of Lugano! We will certainly be back when we are in Ticino next time!

Villa del Sole Garni is located in Ponte Tresa, a 20-minute walk from Lake Lugano. It offers accommodation with kitchenettes and terraces, overlooking Monte di Varese and Malcantone. Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.
