Villa 97 hostal económico cerca del aeropuerto, a property with a garden, is set in Guayaquil, 6 km from Malecon 2000, 600 metres from Plaza del Sol, as well as 5 km from Santa Ana Hill Lighthouse. We needed a place close to the airport in Guayaquil and Villa 97 was just perfect! The owners are super nice and helpful, the accomodation is beautiful and clean and the breakfast was most delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer in Guayaquil (we did not feel unsafe at all) and will definitely come back to this place if we can.

Set in Guayaquil, 1.5 km from Saint Francis Church and 800 metres from the centre, Villa Jeshua Simmonds offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.  The hotel was quiet and I slept very good.

My friends left and I needed just a room for a cheaper price for myself. The host offers the second floor as a whole rental apartment and the first floor as a rental by room. Having rented just the double room, I still had access to all apartment amenities. Nice and unexpected treat. Eduardo, the host, was very nice and accommodating.

This was an awesome deal for a private room. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a really decent size with an excellent shower. The little touches were very lovely, some free biscuits, tea and coffee, a TV and free wifi with the modem right in the room. The location is great for a quick overnight stay if you have to travel the next day as it is super close to the airport and terrestrial terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I loved having a good chat in the morning. Very friendly and relaxed vibe here.

Boasting a bar and views of quiet street, Hotel Boutique The Royalty is a recently renovated guest house set in Guayaquil, 5.6 km from Saint Francis Church. Nice, clean and comfortable room with a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including helping to organise a taxi to and from the airport. Recommended.
