They did a wonderful job refurbishing this country pub. We had a quirky yet modern and characterful room with plenty of sockets for phones and such. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the Inn is a short 1.7 mile walk to the amazing sights at Stourhead.

Nice breakfast, the room and garden were lovely and located in beautiful setting in the country next to a horse farm, with a great cafe just down the road where we walked and picked blackberries! It’s also close to the village and a short drive to Bath, which was amazing to visit, though it was nice to stay in a quiet home away from the noise and tourists in Bath.

There were bathrobes in the wardrobe along with cushions for the outside chairs on the balcony. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices of cereals, fresh & dried fruits, cooked breakfast or smoked salmon.
