They drove me to the station and allowed me to stay in the hotel even after the checkout time. Breakfast was really good too! Scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, bread, and beans. Very typical from Guatemala. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would repeat!

It is very close to the airport and a very convenient location. The hosts are husband and wife which gave us a warm welcome and were very friendly. We stayed in a private room which was very clean and had lots of space. It was possible to order food to the door that made our stay very comfortable. Even though our flight was very early they made us a nice breakfast before we had to leave and brought us to the airport afterwards. After we checked in I got a message that I forgot my apple AirPods… which I was very heartbroken about. Without me even asking they offered to look for a shipping method. A day later they told me there was someone staying in the hotel that would fly to the Netherlands in 3 weeks. This is the most hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time and am very thankful for the help I got with getting my AirPods back. So thank you so much casa quetzal. I would 100% recommend staying at your place!!

Host was very kind and helpful. It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

We felt safe at this location and it's just a short walk to the pedestrian road. We could change the room from a street side to the courtyard side room. Was very quiet at night. Great place to stay in the city.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
