The bnb is like a hotel, the rooms are very separate to the main house, it doesn't feel like you are staying in someone else's house. The views are just amazing of croagh Patrick, clew bay and Clare Island. A short spin to Westport and Croagh Patrick, and Noreen was kind enough to offer the house for us to shower and change after climbing even though checked out. The room and sitting room is perfectly clean with white bed sheets and a really comfy bed and pillows.

The view from my room was amazing, I could see the ocean. Stephen and Eileen were amazing hosts, I would highly recommend this stay for anyone travelling in the area. Stephen regaled us with many interesting and funny stories. They also provided many top notch places to visit as I made my way north.

Set 17 km from Doonamona Castle, THE LODGE (Belmullet town centre) offers accommodation in Belmullet with access to a public bath. Beautifully decorated apartment, in a very central location. Spotlessly clean, good size bedrooms and living rooms and the apartment was well equipped.
