We stayed at The Moira for five days on our first visit to Kolkata. It's extremely well located, right off Park Street and with plenty of transportation options, great restaurants and things to see very close by. We had a spacious, clean, comfy room with all the amenities we needed. The rooms are in a gorgeous private complex that feels safe and is beautifully maintained. The definite highlight of this stay were the hosts-- Mehul and his family were absolutely fantastic, going far above and beyond to make our time there as comfortable and memorable as possible. Highly recommended.

The Harrington Residency was one of the most interesting places I have stayed at. It’s a hotel in an art gallery! The owner Mrs. Khullar’s hospitality was so welcoming that I was sorely tempted to extend my stay for one more night - which unfortunately I couldn’t. She gave me a personal tour of the art gallery; She was also very kind and understanding - when I requested her to store my luggage for me after I checked out in the morning (my flight was at 9pm), she actually let me have the room till 6pm - she felt that I would be tired at the end of the day and could benefit from a shower and some unwinding before my flight! I have been fortunate to have stayed at some wonderful hotels/homestays in my Southeast Asia tour but this experience surpassed all those! From a location perspective as well, the place is centrally located near Park Street - lots of restaurants, coffee places with some really good cappuccino, transportation options.. I highly highly recommend The Harrington Residency!

We accidentaly only booked for 1 night , but when we arrived the manager immediately added the 2nd one without any problem , and helped us to find an uber to the airport, thank you!

Laxmi Niwas, Salt Lake, Kolkata, 10mins from Sector 5 ligger i Kolkata, 7,8 km från Dumdum tunnelbanestation, och erbjuder utsikt över staden. The great hospitality provided by the owner. (I got to have a slice of cake on her birthday which was coinciding on one of my stay dates.) They are absolutely graceful and treat the guests as their friends.

Mavenoak Dreams B&B ligger i Kolkata, 9 minuters promenad från Kalighat Kali-templet, och har en trädgård, terrass och utsikt över staden. Hospitality By owner, I checked-in in too late but the Bhawani ( Owner ) understood and Assisted for my needs. Room was fantastic, with a dressing room, Bathroom is clean , Good View from Balcony. Up side is it is very near to Kalighat Temple , Transporation and metro are also were near if someone wants to explore it. Locality is silent and Peaceful.
