Location is great, right next to Il Campo and with bars, restaurants and a drugstore nearby. The staff is great and communicated with me beforehand to arrange everything for my arrival. My host Laura gave me a great room and gave me very good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town. Breakfast was excellent, I could choose from a menu and everything was ready when I arrived. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean every single day when I came back, had a super comfortable bed and despite not being a deluxe room I still had a great view of the garden. Amenities in the bathroom were a good surprise, they even had a dental kit with a toothbrush and since I had forgotten mine this saved the day. When I explained to Laura that I had to leave early morning to catch my train she arranged a bag with breakfast items so I wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. The property was also very safe, everything is password-locked but it was still easy to come and go.

Situated in Florence and within 60 metres of Accademia Gallery, Ricasoli Garden Relais has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Excepcional room, excellent staff. Comfortable, pleasant and very well located.

Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to your room at your requested time from 8-10am. We were able to store our luggage upon checkout since our train ride was in the afternoon. I would recommend this place.

Situated in Florence, Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca provides accommodation with a seating area and flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is provided. Everything was perfect in this little hotel. The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.

Breakfast, ordered the night before, was delivered to my room at exactly the time I selected and was freshly made and delicious. The staff (especially Claudia) could not have been more welcoming and indulged my pitiful attempts to speak Italian with a smile!

Set in Florence, Domus Plaza is 50 metres from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Well situated in the Duomo district, this guest house is located 50 metres from Piazza del Duomo. It is excellence location and a good view from the room.

We got a room facing the back patio that was very quiet considering the buildings is in the middle of Florence. The bed is delicious. Staff is great. If you can avoid driving a car into Florence’s downtown area, I really recommend it; it’s chaotic and streets are very narrow. But if you end up taking a car, the staff will help you get it picked up at the front door of the building to be taken to a garage.
