Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff/owner, AC worked perfectly, warm water with high pressure, plenty of restaurants around the area. There’s really nothing else to ask for, especially for the price. Couldn’t recommend more.

Excellent location near the airport with hot water and good AC. The room was in a new build and very clean. I will certainly return when in Phnom Penh again

We booked shared bathroom but they gave us room with private bathroom. Owner very accommodating, location very good, near to all. Very comfy but not so expensive. We will definitely come back again.

Hothel managed by 2 brothers, mother and sister, very nice people and helpfull. My room was big and clean near the Mekong river and Palais with nice view (5ft floor).
