Neem Forest GH is somewhat outside the city but only a short tuktuk ride away. As a result it is a beautifully peaceful and extremely quiet location. Dawn chorus of birds was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and ready to talk about all matter of subjects. The Sri Lanken breakfast was always too much and the host made sure it was always different. Nearby is the many kilometer long sand beach (no other tourists) where you watch the fishermen pull in their nets of caught fish. Meem Forest is highly recommended.

It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

You have another beach passikuda 1km far, for l'ESS rhan one dollar yiu can go by tuk yuk or by walk of not hot, and it is calm et very popular.

It was super clean, fast WiFi, shared fridge - the hosts are super friendly and full of information. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had breakfast there and it was delicious..Highly recommended!

Situated in Batticaloa, this holiday home features a terrace and a garden with a barbecue and a terrace. The holiday home is composed of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fitted with a bath or shower. The first impressions were great and one of the most calm and relaxing places I have been to. The place is full with great hospitality and they were so nice and accommodating. One of the best beaches in Sri Lanka and the beach is just near to the Villa. Very much affordable rates and it’s worth to the amount you pay.

Fantastic large town house set in beautiful gardens and very clean. Good size bedroom with fan. Large shower room. Good kitchen with kettle stove utensils and large fridge. Two minute walk to beach and shop next door. Was a great place to relax for two days. Host was very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend and great value for money
