Really great! The pool has a sunsail over it so you can stay in the pool without getting a sunburn. :) The full body massage was simply amazing too - just next to the ocean with the nice sound of the waves. It said it would be 40min, but it was longer than an hour. They made it possible to get the massage last minute. We could recommend this place to everyone 100%. Thanks a lot for the great stay! ☺️

Everything was taken care of on high priority. Nelson is a great cook and always shared what he was going to prepare for us. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and delicious.

It 's very green outside, the rooms are good and clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast and dinner was very delicious. We did a river safari via the owner and it was really good. He knows the guide, he wanted to make sure that we had a good safari.

Everything about our stay was Perfect. The ROOM was beautifully decorated and the mattress sooo comfortable. I slept like a baby! The WASHROOM was beyond Clean with modern fittings. The BREAKFAST was scrumptiously Delicious and you will be spoilt for options. Both Western and Sri Lankan yummy yummy dishes included. The Hosts are so kind-hearted and genuine that one wants to maintain lifetime friendship with them after spending just few minutes being in their company. All I can say is - One of our Best Stays ever!!

Rooms are quite good and spacious. One gets abpvt kitchen which is useful if someone is planning to stay for longer and wants to cook. If you are a dog lover, then there's a cherry on the top - their dog Mashi(3 yr old Doberman). She is very friendly and rarely barks. Whenever she needs someone new, she often smiles. The beach is at a 5 min walk from the house(don't go by the Google maps route, ask the host - there's a shorter route across railway track) There are a lot of restaurants near the beach. Breakfast is also available at the stay and it's pretty good. One of the bests that I had in my whole Sri Lanka trip. The hosts have a Tuktuk and a boat so they can help you arrange boat safari or nearby market trips if required.

The area is popular for cycling and fishing. The bed and breakfast also offers free use of bicycles and bike hire. Bentota Lake is 1.8 km from River Breeze, while Lunuganga is 3.5 km away. The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 84 km from River Breeze. We had a wonderful stay (12 nights) at the River Breeze Villa. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small separate area featuring a kitchen and a large bathroom. Both the room and the entire property were impeccably maintained at all times. Ruchira & Pradeep are the absolute best hosts one can imagine—so incredibly attentive, accommodating, and warm. We would be delighted to return one day.

The host is really friendly, everything was super clean, exceptional breakfast, the room is really comfortable and clean, the location is waking distance to the beach! Good value for money! Wifi is available but it’s slow in general in that area I am sure it was highest possible speed. If I ever come back to Bentota I’ll definitely stay there!

Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!
