After we arrived he took us for a little bird tour, which was really nice. He treated us with a fresh coconut, fruits and little snacks. The hospitality was outstanding. The room and generally the whole property was clean and comfy. We felt really welcomed and enjoyed our stay! We can definitely recommend this awesome place! Bike hire is available at this resort and the area is popular for cycling. The resort also offers car hire. Very clean room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and received us with wood apple juice. The room was exactly as described, with a good AC working perfectly and hot shower. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and enough to start the day. For the day with the safari, the host provided breakfast when getting back, which was very nice. The homemade dinner was very tasty and abundant. Also the host helped us to take the bus nearby the accommodation. Highly recommended if you go to Tissa and want a peaceful place to stay. The only minus could be that WiFi works well outside, in the room the signal is weak.

You can enjoy lake and garden view from the room. We had a great time in My Village. We felt really well taken care of by the manager Justin, who provided us with great dinners as well as breakfast. I would also strongly recommend to book your safari via My Village. We had an amazing day with a very skilled driver and tour guide Pati, who showed us all the beauty there is to see and provided us with an excellent lunch.
