Located within a few steps of Albion Public Beach and 12 km of Domaine Les Pailles, La Maison de la plage provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Albion. This place is simply fantastic, it's a gem on the western coast of Mauritius. I had a spacious room with direct access to the garden, the pool area and the beach. Excellent breakfast with everything you need. Karine and Jerôme are excellent hosts (beside the fact that they have a very tasty collection of spiced rums) and they made me feel at home for two days. Albion itself is a quiet place with many locals, no large resorts, a nice beach and a couple of good restaurants.

Offering garden views, Les Terrasses du Bénitier is an accommodation situated in La Gaulette, 5.5 km from Paradis Golf Club and 20 km from Tamarina Golf Course. One of the best hotels i stayed in all Mauritius. Super calm, modern and beautiful! Everything was great. Love the town and the supermarket and places to eat close by.

Boasting mountain views, Fullmoon Apartment & Studio offers accommodation with balcony, around 5.7 km from Paradis Golf Club. We took the top floor corner studio with the two sets of double floor to ceiling windows. Views are incredible, possibly the best around since the property is up the hill. From the every angle inside the apartment, including from the bed, you see Le Morne mountain. Lovely fruit basket and large cold water, tea and such presented upon arrival. Bianca, the host, welcomed us and very responsive to any communication. Space was sufficient though I thought I'd rented the one with a sofa/living room area. We had the studio. However, we think it had the best views. Sunsets were amazing beyond compare. Kitchen well equipped and spotless. Rani, the charming cleaning lady was impeccable. 5* cleaning job 6 days a week. Very unexpected for the price of the rental. Bed comfortable. Bathroom sufficient and modern. All in all, a great place to stay. Plenty of parking behind the apartment. Couple minute walk down to the main road.

This place is exceptional with breathtaking surroundings and views that exceeded our expectations. Owners and staff were incredibly attentive, providing us with plenty of useful tips to enhance our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pristine getaway in a untouched nature with top notch hospitality!

With garden views, Shanti Ghar Guest House is set in Tamarin and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and picnic area. Spacious rooms, all needed equipment, beautiful garden with pool, very friendly and helpful owners of guest house.

Featuring mountain views, Green Discovery B&B Tamarind Falls 7 Cascades provides accommodation with a shared lounge and a balcony, around 2.3 km from Les Chute's de Riviere Noire. My rating is relative to the price - we booked 2 rooms and got a whole apartment - with a terrasse on the second floor and the rooftop terrasse - with a fantastic view over the canyon and the waterfalls. Even though the hosts was busy - they were so kind and helpfull. A misunderstanding about the time for our guided tour, was immediately fixt by the host. We have also booked dinner at the place - and got a lovely traditional dinner, so we could try it. For the dinner, water and guided tour for 4 persons we payed 7600 mur to the host. I believe it is much cheaper than if we booked a tour online. The host can also help with guided tours to Le Morne. (You can find a drone footage of the area and the falls at youtube, that we made)

Located in Flic-en-Flac, Les 2 canons offers beachfront accommodation 300 metres from Flic en Flac Beach and features various facilities, such as pool with a view, a garden and a bar. Location was excellent, right next to the sea, within walking distance to the town centre. Hotel was delightful. Small but with every facility.

Featuring an outdoor pool, Happy Days Guest House is located in La Gaulette and 5 minutes' drive from Le Morne and the beach. The property has views of Bénitiers Island. Great location. Nice rooms, clean well furnished and with great views. Excellent staff and service: friendly, accommodating. Absolutely great experience!
