Cleanliness is tip top, big shower room and very comfortable bed. There is 5 tables at the entrance for guests to sit and have meals. Very recommended. But you need to have car to travel around as the guesthouse is outskirts.

El Sojourn Beds & Café es un alojamiento económico y acogedor situado en Taiping, en una casa comercial restaurada de los años 30. Everything, beautiful old building, really helpful/friendly staff thankyou. The area near lots of food stalls. Basically the whole set up. Good undiscovered gem

El Nipah Guesthouse está situado en la bahía Nipah, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa Nipah y a 10 minutos a pie de la playa Coral. Ofrece alojamiento decorado con buen gusto en un entorno tranquilo. Stayed in one of the A frame cottages, it was very cute! Lovely calm atmosphere at the guesthouse, with very friendly owners, who were very helpful and had lots of knowledge about the area. Right up the road from hornbill feeding at 6.30 and the beachfront is less that 5 minutes away. Pool was great.
