Property is very clean and spacious , hosts are very friendly, I like the room decor. Also very easy to park. Close to the port and giant’s chair.

Sea Breeze B & B is a beachfront property located in Napier, 100 metres from Napier Beach and 1.3 km from McLean Park. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price of the room, the rooms are fantastic, and each has a different theme, the location is very good, the owner is a lovely man.

A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. Thistle B&B is situated in Napier, 8.8 km from Pania of the Reef Statue, 12 km from Bluff Hill Lookout, and 14 km from Splash Planet. Breakfast was fantastic, everything you could possibly want. Fresh and tasty and topped up every day.

Hidden Gem in Oaklands provides accommodation in Poraiti, Napier. The spacious, modern studio features garden views and your own private entrance. Lisa was so welcoming and friendly, she was the perfect host. The unit was immaculate and spacious, and very modern. There was even a rainhead shower option. Bed was comfortably firm and there is a heat pump in the room if needed. Breakfast was already prepared and included a variety of options. Highly recommended!

Featuring a balcony with mountain views, free bikes and a garden, MnM's BnB can be found in Napier, close to Napier Beach and 2.5 km from Hardinge Road Beach. The food was phenomenal, the hospitality was warm and gracious, and the view was otherworldly. It has to be in the top 3 places we've ever stayed. You can tell they are hospitality veterans at this point, and we really couldn't be more impressed.

Situated in Hastings and only 19 km from McLean Park, Accommodation in Frimley features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very easy communication with hosts. Very clean, warm and easy access. Loved the breakfast selection. There was plenty. Host was lovley. Great place for out dog as right on a reserve.

A unique historical homestead with a peaceful ambience, Ashcott Homestead Bed & Breakfast is situated near Waipukurau in Central Hawkes Bay. Free private parking is available on site. A fabulous heritage home set in beautiful gardens and farmlands. John and Gio were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and friendly. When you first arrive you can feel the genuine warmth of their hospitality. All topped off with a home made breakfast. We would highly recommend and we will be back.
