The rooms are nice and cosy, and everything needed is available. The hosts are really friendly, always reachable and they even treated us with a bottle of wine. Highly recommended!

Chris was very helpful with recommendations and help. High quality fixtures - hot tub went down well. Liked the breakfast arrangement and snacks.

Part of a larger house, Frankie & Hugh's is a renovated, self-contained apartment situated in Ohakune, just a 20-minute drive from the Turoa ski field on Mount Ruapehu. A beautiful mountain stream runs through the B&B gardens, and you can often hear the calls of native birds Frankie and Hugh's felt like home away from home. Marlene and Wayne were great host and made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We found the property clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay at the property.

Ranfurly Cottage is located in the historic township of Raetihi. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a patio and a private bathroom with free toiletries. You can enjoy garden view from the room. What wonderfull greeting from Alison and Ron and what a beautiful accommodation. Very comfy beds, each with own shower room (small but very functional). Alsion had already setup the table for breakfast the next morning, cereal, croissants, milk, juice, butter, jams ..... use of microwave, fridge, washing machine.Gas fireplace made it very cosy and our son was super happy to have the extra TV channels to watch the football world cup. Unfortunatly only stayed one night so did not see much of outside ameneties of the village but would have happilly stayed 4-5 days extra ... specially due to such a wonderfull, welcoming, helpfull couple, Alison and Ron !

Featuring spectacular Mount Ruapehu and Mangawhero River views, The River Lodge Ohakune is situated about 8 km from Ohakune town centre. It is a 35-minute drive to the chairlifts at Turoa Ski Area. Comfortable stay in a beautiful, quiet location. Very helpful and hospitable hosts. Would def recommend.

All rooms at the lodge are heated and come with flat-screen satellite TV. Tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator are included. A bathrobe, hairdryer and slippers are provided for guest use. I loved the modern, luxe feel of the entire property. Our room was very, very clean. The bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed. The hosts, Alan and Susie, were kind, engaging, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home!

It is located in National Park Village, 25 km from Mount Ruapehu. Free private parking is available on site. Nice and friendly staff. Good location, Tongariro Shuttle stop is just 2 mins away by walk. They has small grocery shop in the lodge. big and clean toilt and shower.
