Situated 8.5 km from SM City Cebu, 10 km from Ayala Center Cebu and 11 km from Magellan's Cross, Mactan Airport Guesthouse provides accommodation set in Cogon. I like Lolita, the caretaker who really lived up to her name--she really took great care of us! We're fellow bisdaks so communication is smooth. I liked our room because it was huge and everything just felt like we were right at home. This is crucial especially if you're flying out the next day since everything in the city is known to have very bad traffic :)

Situated in Moalboal, Bernis Hostel features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. It was an amazing stay in Bernis Hostel. Clean and beautiful environment. They helped out in so many ways. Hooked us up with scooters in the middle of the night for rent and managed to get contacts for a cheap scuba diving experience. Not only that, I accidentally left my earbuds in the room when i checked out. Was already a good 15mins away from the hotel in the van headed to the next destination when they called and managed to convince the van driver to wait by the road side while they quickly brought the earbuds to me. Would definitely recommend to everyone for a stay in Bernis Hostel. Thanks everyone in Bernis Hostel.

The food is exceptional, on a three night stay my wife and I were served freshly prepared evening meals not only based on local cuisine but also that of Thailand, China, Italy and even Sweden ! Breakfasts were also of a high standard again providing a wide range of options. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with quality bathroom fittings and a good shower. The private beach is kept pristine by daily beach combing, although it has to be said that early in the year the adjacent coastline suffers from seaweed and plastic debris brought in by the prevailing currents. At low tide the extensive tidal lagoons and sand bars provide for a great recreation, just strolling in crystal clear warm waters through meadows of sea grass, looking for exotic sea shells or watching the antics of the tiny blue sand crabs. If you are looking for a small quiet “out of town” retreat on Bantayan, with friendly staff look no further than the Maykenn Beach Resort. PS for a whistle stop tour of other delights on Bantayan the road tour is not to be missed.

Astillo's Guest Houses in Moalboal provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This guest house offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. We LOVED staying here! We felt safe, comfortable and cared for. The room was small but well fitted with plenty of storage. It was also extremely relaxing to be there. There are cooking facilities too which were great and well equipped. Theo and his family were some of the kindest hosts we have come across. We would always choose to stay here again in the future.

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Ancelle Cristo Re is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Moalboal, a few steps from Basdiot Beach. It was a blessing to stay in Ancelle Cristo Re! Very quiet place with a garden where everyone can enjoy nature and refresh your mind! There was direct access to the seaside, and no people around! We were lucky to see turtles, and the sea was good for snorkeling. Sister Teresa is the kindest person with a good sense of humor. She was very helpful all the time with any requests. She helped to book a canyoneering tour for us, to rent a motorbike and to organize a taxi from the property to Cebu. Our villa was clean and cozy with beautiful details inside! The breakfast was served on a time we wanted. The menu was different every day, and it was so yummy! We were very impressed by the hospitality of the sisters who organized fantastic vacation stay for us!
