Our room was very big with a nice terrace. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Very easy to find, several parking garages on the street. We received a very warm welcome together with lots of useful information about the city. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. After a long day we had a drink in the bar and a very reasonably priced dinner. Breakfast was also very good.

Provided you don't mind stairs, this represents quiet luxury at a budget price. We had a level four room of generous proportion with a lovely and expansive view over old Porto towards the river. Super clean, modern, great bed, scalding hot water and a pleasant host. We noticed a lower level room provided for self catering. The location was great for us....500m uphill from Sao Bento station, an inexpensive cafe bar on the corner with plenty of other small restaurants nearby. An easy meander down to the river.
